How it Works
Domino Effect is made up of several stations of 10 dominoes. Each domino station has a different layout, color and musical score.
Each station is a different musical instrument part of a large orchestra; voice, percussion, marimba, balafon, flute, percussive voices. Each domino carries a singular sound, or a certain musical note, within its family of instruments.
The public is invited to go and create musical harmonies by making the domino suites fall. Vertically, the dominoes are ready for the fall. To generate the fall of the dominoes, all you have to do is push a first one.
Collaboration is required to re-erect them and start again more quickly, as well as to create musical arrangements that include the sounds of several instruments.

DJ for a day!
With Domino Effect, you can become DJ for a day!
Each domino emits a different sound, and each station of dominoes holds a different family of musical instruments.
Create your unique soundtrack by "scratching" the dominoes like a disc jockey with his records, or by mastering the different stations like a conductor with his orchestra:
1) To "scratch" the dominoes, create new rhythms and sounds by moving dominoes from left to right at different speeds, or by tapping them.
2) To create a more complex soundtrack, mix the sounds of different dominoes, or even different stations!
3) Try pushing the dominoes in the opposite direction to reverse the sound sequence.
4) Challenge: Get help from friends to create a giant drop between all the modules at the same time to create a complex harmony.
The Domino Olympiad
Welcome to the Domino Olympiad! Think you're up to the task?
Here are some challenges for you and your friends:
Musical knowledge test: try to identify which family of instruments each station is associated with voice, percussion, marimba, balafon, flute, percussive voices.
Speed test: Knock down the dominoes of one or more stations and try to run to the end before the last domino falls.
Showdown: With a friend, push the dominoes at both ends of a station at the same time and see who is the strongest! (depending on which side of the dominoes will go the farthest)
